? Assist CEO in establishing overall marketing development strategy and set the achievement target, including brand identity, user volume, PR and promotional activity to improve the visibility and strength of B5M. 
? Be in charge of managing marketing distribution and expansion to lead the team to achieve the company’s marketing target using various effective marketing channels. 
? Lead to implement the marketing research and analysis of competitors and other marketing campaigns, to make a correct judgment and prediction. 
? Design and deploy media marketing project; Follow up with the process to evaluate the delivery in term of the analysis report of marketing data. 
? Organize, control and implement the entire marketing cost budget, project management budget and data analysis report of marketing effectiveness. 
? Be responsible for building strong premium B5M brand to increase the market share for B5M. 
? Supervise and manage all the business activities and marketing promotional campaigns.


? Bachelor degree is a minimum of requirement, marketing/business management/communication major is preferable; Good education background in world-famous universities is a plus. 
? 5+ years marketing management experience in E-commerce/Internet/Mobile media resource industry or 3+ years senior management experience as a Director or higher with successful track record of website marketing operation. 
? Expert in marketing plan and execution of internet industry; Proficient in various promotional tactics with abundant marketing experience. 
? Passionate with E-commerce industry and excellent marketing insight, analysis ability and crisis management skills. 
? Familiar with most of the marketing methods with sufficient resource, be good at handling all types of marketing campaigns both of online and offline. 
? Extensive knowledge about SNS marketing and current market status of the major SNS in China. 
? Good communication skill, coordination ability and organizational capability; Good performer under immense pressure with excellent negotiation skill and teamwork inspirit. 
? Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Simplified Chinese) and English.
